Refund policy
Please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item for both returns and exchanges.
Personalized/custom items are NOT eligible for refunds/exchanges.
For returns, the product(s) must be in the original packaging, not worn or used. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product(s). Once the products have arrived back to me, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product(s) ONLY. All shipping charges are non-refundable.Â
For exchanges, the product(s) must be in the original packaging, not worn or used. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Once I have received the item(s) back, I will invoice you for the cost of shipping the new item(s). Once the invoice is paid, your order will be on its way.
