Shipping policy

All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow up to a week for your order to be made and shipped. 

All orders are mailed via USPS, and occasionally UPS depending on your order size/weight. You may upgrade your order to priority shipping to receive your item faster. Please note, upgrading shipping refers to ONLY the actual USPS delivery time and does not rush the stated time to actually make your order.

International orders, please allow ample time with the delivery of your packages. Shipping can take up to 3 weeks, however, our mail services have stated they are very backed up and packages may take longer. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact me first. Once USPS/UPS has accepted the package, delivery is out of our control. Please contact your local postal service to handle any issues regarding delivery.
